plateau seems to have left weight is coming off again. 40.6 pounds flushed!!

Well for the pass month I have not even tried to lose weight, didn't try to gain it either but ended up putting on 2 pounds :( but now I am back to working on losing again. I got a exercise bike now so this will also help.

On cc I had my goal set for 140 pounds BUT I was thinking it would make me feel a lot better having the shortest goal of 250. So now I should reach 250 by Jan 27th 2010. Which at this time means losing 25 more pounds by then. I am at 275 atm.

Entry My weight is moving down again

After hitting a stop point on losing I am now losing again. 23.4 pound loss since May 11th. I wish I could make up for the weight I could of lost these past 3 weeks but oh well I am thankful I am losing once again. Started at 300 now at 275.6

Entry Finally think I figure it out

I have been spending days trying to figure out how this intake and burn meter works. I kept thinking how the heck does our bodies know when to stop counting calories for one day and start on the next day. It doesn't.....the calories keep adding up but as long as we are burning which of course we burn everyday even doing nothing BUT the trick to it is to eat less then we are buring. So I counted all the calories I have had since June 1st through today they equal out to 18950 and I burned 29876 which  subtracting the 18950 from 29876 = 10926 divide that by 3500 (3500=1 pound fat lost) makes my deficit 3.12 which means I should of lost a little over 3 pounds since June 1st. On June 1st I weighed 290.2 today I weigh 286.4

which makes my weight loss 3.12 pounds. I was wanting to aim for 2 pounds a week and tomorrow will be 14th day so I will see then how close I am. I started on May 2nd on Cc at 300 pounds and I happy with the  weight I have lost so far. Not to fast but yet not really slow. Been aiming for 2 pounds a week. I am setting goal to lose 18 more pounds by August 13th which will put me at 268. I am woman here me ROAR!!!

Entry Doctor scales

Well doctor scales were two pounds more then what mine said so thats not to bad...also I was retaining a bit of water. I usually go to my appointments without eating or taking meds incase they want to do any blood work by the time I got there I could tell I was retaining water from not taking my medication. I did a lot of walking yesterday and ended up eating a taco salad at taco bell. I did not know the calorie content until after I ate it and got home. I looked it up and it has a whopping 1000 calories in it. So for my dinner I ate light. And today I was down a pound Woot guess the walking helped.

Today I made family favorite boiled cookies, my son was taking them to church this evening and I was able to do it without sampling any. So at this point I am doing great.

My goal is to be 225 by sept 25th this is losing 15 pounds a month and even if I do not I will be happy with any progress I have made. So that is 60 pounds in 4 months.

Entry Weight in June 3rd at Doctor

I will be weighed by the dreaded scales of the doctor's office. Those always seem to weight a bit higher, and even still I guess as long as I have lost weight it shouldn't matter wether be his scales or mine. Last time on his scales I was 300 and mine right now are saying 283-284 (fluctuates) so we will see how much difference mine is then his.
