After hitting a stop point on losing I am now losing again. 23.4 pound loss since May 11th. I wish I could make up for the weight I could of lost these past 3 weeks but oh well I am thankful I am losing once again. Started at 300 now at 275.6
Congrats!! :) Way to keep losing && keep it up! Don't stress on the days behind you.. yes you could've lost weight then but you didn't. However, you CAN control today && the choices you make. So be positive && become healthier. Weight loss is a side effect of becoming healthier. Remember we're all here to support you.. I hope you have a great weekend!! |
