Lowest weight since I started. Off a short plateau that didn't seem short. I ate too much at our church outing and had a difficult time getting back on, but I succeeded. I am hoping another pound off tomorrow, but we'll see.

One of the forum members recommended this book to me. It is very interesting. Very actively using positive imagry, relaxation and positive thinking to assist your body to convert from "fat-making mode" to fat-shedding mode".
I am trying it. I know that belief is a very powerful tool. Lowering anxiety does indeed lower your cortisol level.
I am going to print out some photos of Ann-Margret as a body model for me. Was she short?

I've kept 25 pounds off for 3 days. So nice to be able to say that.

I have lost 10 pounds. It might be more, but I forgot to weight this morning. Doing well, but sometimes it's hard.

Made my first ten pounds off today. I am starting to feel it in my body a bit. It is getting a little easier to do 1400 calories. Not getting as hungry between meals.
Yeah me. Started a support group at LL&L.

I had a bad day yesterday, but not as bad as might have been. We went to a wedding rehearsal and were blindsided by a wonderful dinner having been prepared for us including german chocolate cake, ice cream... ah.
But today has been better. Staying under my 1400 goal so far. And listing every crumb I eat. Not easy for me.

Today marks my first 5 pounds. Actually it is 6 because I didn't think to add my weight the first day I visited.
I can't tell any difference, but I believe the scale. If I stack up 5 pounds of butter, that is what is gone now. Less I have to carry, less pressure on my knees, less weight on my feet, less strain on my heart.
God, help me to continue. Remind me when I am tempted to eat something I know will only give me grief minutes after I eat it. Thank you for helping me these past few days when I felt weak. Amen.
