			<title>34 pounds off</title>

&lt;p&gt;I am trying it.&amp;nbsp; I know that belief is a very powerful tool.&amp;nbsp; Lowering anxiety does indeed lower your cortisol level.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>First 10 pounds.</title>

			<title>Yesterday was bad. But today is better</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I had a bad day yesterday, but not as bad as might have been.&amp;nbsp; We went to a wedding rehearsal and were blindsided by a wonderful dinner having been prepared for us including german chocolate cake, ice cream... ah.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>First 5 lbs (6 even)</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Today marks my first 5 pounds.&amp;nbsp; Actually it is 6 because I didn't think to add my weight the first day I visited.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I can't tell any difference, but I believe the scale.&amp;nbsp; If I stack up 5 pounds of butter, that is what is gone now.&amp;nbsp; Less I have to carry, less pressure on my knees, less weight on my feet, less strain on my heart.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;God, help me to continue.&amp;nbsp; Remind me when I am tempted to eat something I know will only give me grief minutes after I eat it.&amp;nbsp; Thank you for helping me these past few days when I felt weak.&amp;nbsp; Amen.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/texmom52/318004.html</comments>
