Well, it's been a little whole since I was on CC consistently, and I think one of the reasons is that I got married at the end of September (YAY!) and looked great haveing lost 30 pounds from when I first joined. The problem is that now I don't have the wedding dress as a motivating factor and I have oodles of halloween candy staring me in the face...
I do have other reasons to want to lose weight and become more fit. I eventually want to have children and I want to lead a positive example for them in my activity levels and eating habits. Also, my father was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes not long ago and I really want to control my sugar intake and exercise regularly in order to avoid a similar diagnosis.
I find that unless I have concrete goals for myself and remind myself of them often enough. So here are my goals for this week (today until next Saturday):
1: Record ALL my calories and activities on CC EVERY day.
2: Workout at least 4 times this week.
3: Eat 4 full servings of vegetables a day.
4: Go to bed when I say I'm going to each night and stop pushing the snooze alarm in the morning.
