Entry Sick of it.
Dec 09 2006 17:47

Im sick of being a fat little short girl.  Why why WHY do I haveto be stuck with this unsingular curse of insanity?  It drives me crazy.  I can gain weight by eating 4 grapes when my friends can eat 10 and lose weight why should a 16 year old have to suffer like this? Why cant I just be unfat?  Or at least happy of being a fatty?

Hi.  I figured I could comment here since you didn't make your journal private.

Wow, you are far from being a "fatty".  You are actually very thin, if those cute pics are you!  Seems you do have some issues based on your profile, but issues you know about.  Having gone through all that it would take a few weeks of eating normally and possibly gaining weight at first to get your metabolism working the way a 16 year old's should.  I think I tagged a link to an article that explains it really well.  Until you straighten that out, I hope you can see how adorable you are & I can tell that you have a great personality too.

So... where in Israel are you going?  I can't wait to get a chance to go again - haven't been there in over 6 years.  Have a fabulous time!

I just wanted to say that I really like your hair and I love that heart necklace you have on in one of your pictures! It's so cool! (I posted here because I figured I'd better not post personal stuff on the boards.) :)

I would love to be your size. I don't know why you think that you are fat. Your body frame and weight are perfect. and also I think that you can get amenorrhea from too low body fat. I read it at  http://shakespearessister.blogspot.com/2006/09/argument-wear s-thin.html  maybe you might take the writing differently. But anyways. you are beautiful. Really you are. You just need to start thinking possitive about yourself.

you're a fatty? wow, that would be quite offensive to those who actually are fat!! lol

you are no where near it, please accept that...

focus on what you like about yourself, emphasize the positive, rather then picking yourself apart and exagerating the features that you don't like.

Hi - thought I'd add you as a 'buddy' since I see you've been posting on the 'binge' topic.

I see someone answered you by saying that a person has to 'do it for themselves', but also that seeing a 'professional' is helpful.

From what I detect in your remarks, I think you're being too hard on yourself; knowing the area you live in (I lived in Laguna Beach, and Laguna Hills for 23 years), there are so many bone-thin lovely ladies out there; they intimidate all of us.

Irvine is a lovely 'city' now (it wasn't when I first moved there).  In fact, you might remember when it was just developing (or you were a baby when it was growing) - you could go from the El Tor Marine Base, right up Trabuco Road, and find the 'beginnings' of Irvine.

Donald Bren buit the Spectrum; Irvine grew in leaps and bounds.  Now you've got a wonderful place, but most of the people living there are very figure concious; all tanned and lovely, and there's simply much too much 'pressure' on you I think.  Relax, I can't see a picture of you, but it appears others on this journal comment section have, and they say you're not heavy.

Not being from Southern California, I can tell you I never saw so many pretty; thin, and tanned 'beauties' roaming around when I moved there in 1983.  I come from the 'cold country' (Michigan), and no one is that 'gorgeous' (or very few are).  In the midwest and eastern part of the USA, we just don't have the inclination to focus on fashion; body-beautiful, and tan, tan, tan.  When I stayed in Florida a few months, I saw more of this - it must be typical of those places where the 'beach' is not that far; the weather is lovely most of the time, and so you're 'exposed' in shorts, tank-top, or a bikini.

Chin up - you're young; do a bit of aerobic excercising and some isometrics...your muscle will tighten, and you'll feel and look so much more like what you're trying to achieve I think.

You've got that great biking trail there; the one that takes you all the way to the beach - give that a go; have fun!  Diane
