Entry Day 2
Nov 06 2009 16:18

I made it thru another day. I managed to avoid the candy bars and some Fiber One poptarts that were loaded with HFCS.

I did have a little more coffee than I should, but it was early this morning and I haven't had any since.

I don't have the sugar jones that I did before. I did go to sleep very early last night (like before 8pm) but I seemed to sleep in fits, rather than deep and steady.  Probably still detoxing.

Today I managed to walk on both my breaks (it was actually nice out for once).

I thought I brought soup for lunch but it turned out to be spaghetti sauce. Luckily I had some noodles and bread so I made it work, with some sugar snap peas as a side.

I'm a little hungry right now, but not starving and not craving junky kiddy cereal like I have been lately.  I'm thinking a higher protein dinner, but not sure what yet.

I'm hoping to decrease my caffiene a bit more tommorrow. I'm working OT from 7:30 - 4 (need the money) so that may or may not help. I'm also working Sunday OT, so my next day off will be Thurs 11/12. My last day off was 10/30 (also a Thursday). Luckily Sunday is only 5 hours.

I guess it isn't hard to see how my problems started. (I did this last month also.)

I don't really fit any of the categories but most all of the symptoms apply to me, and the diet (I've done variations before) really does help.

I am going to start working on it again, though potatos are my weak spot
