I have become the process of a lifestyle change. I refuse to call it a diet or "weight loss program" because that is NOT what this is about. I'm taking it slow for now, trying to make small changes that will lead up to big results. I'm realistic, I know that without exercise and counting my calories, I will not be able to change. I also am not expecting to lose 50 pounds in 2 months. Wish me luck!
