			<description>&lt;p&gt;Oh dear, I didn't do very well yesterday or today. I didn't so bad on the actual calorie intake but it was what made up the calories that wasn't too good. Plus I haven't really done my exercises since Friday. I always feel so much better when I can do them. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Well, I finally lost another pound, yipeee!&amp;nbsp; The problem is my mom brought over the biggest chocolate cake you have ever seen. So far I have managed to restrain myself. But I did intenionally limit my calories during the day so I could enjoy just one piece today. sigh I hope this doesn't set me back. This will be a good test of fortitude I reckon. lol Even having only lost 2 lbs. I feel better, so much better.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Yippeeeee!! I did so much better today on my calories. I am supposed to eat around 1400 and I went right at that, just a tiny bit over I think. But after yesterday this was a&amp;nbsp; major feat for me. Since Hannah had to go the Dr. this morning I only was able to to exercise for half an hour which was a downer but at least I did what I could and had fun at it too! Now if I can just train myself to eat this much every day rather then pigging out all the time. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;I really blew it today. I did so good on exercising and was doing really well with the calories but this deep urge for pbj hit and&amp;nbsp; I gave in to it. What a weakling I am in this area. I can hardly believe it. sigh, well tomorrow is a new day. I can't wait to go to the grocery store after payday and get lots of frozen veggies and stuff for salad! I hadn't been able to exercise the past few days do to an ailment so tomorrow is my restart day. I thought I over did it but it was fairly close and I found I had lost a pound this morning, yipeeee. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;I have been trying to be careful what I eat and watching my calories. I also have been using a rebounder, which for me is so fun. I have trouble with shin splints so walking is a bit hard. I can't really get into a good pace.
