For the most part I've been doing well with my diet, but the scale just keeps creeping up. It is TOM week, so it may be playing a role, but I had hoped its effect would be going away by now. Now, on my end, I haven't been exercising like I should, and I did go over on my cals one day by about 250, but I had hoped that the weight would've at least not gone up. I'm feeling a bit discouraged, but I'm going to try to keep motivated. I know that as long as I don't give up, I'll eventually see the results that I want. I just can't let me get myself down like in the past. I'm tired of lugging this weight around and I have to stick w/ it this time!
