Good that I'm trying to stay active this year. Eating less really bad stuff but still munching. Trying to stay busy with projects and places to go. Hoping that if I slip on the eating side the exercise will keep it at bay.
Ive found that eating is like 70% of the equation for me. used to be fit and fat. Worked out a lot, and ate out alot too. Its actually easier to control weigth via intake. Any time a donut takes 1 hr on the treadmill to work off. Boo. Wosh it weren't so. |
