			<description>&lt;p&gt;Hello!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So graduation is looming ever closer and therefore I have a perfect excuse to actually get back on track and lose this weight that just keeps going up and up and up. Not fast, i have to say but putting on a stone over a year is enough for me to want to do something about it. The stressful part of the course is over and with the house to myself for the next 2 weeks i am completely in control of my diet. no takeaways i think will be the most major impact!! anywho, the scales said 152.5lbs this morning which means im almost at the next stone :S really need to do something about this now. logged my food for the day and will stick to it for the whole day. one day at a time i think will be the way i need to do this!&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/tigzy/287223.html</comments>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;why am i so crap at this? i lose a stone and it takes me months and then now its almost all back on again?!! 141 this morning, i am not happy. uni and m new job etc makes it so hard for me to stay focused on the diet. we went out to eat 3 times this week too so basically im sabotaging my own diet. today i have a packed lunch so i should be alright today, i just need to work on the other days badly one day at a time eh?&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Naughty Weekend</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I fully enjoyed myself this weekend food wise AND saw a weight loss, although part of it might be down to eating higher cal, lower weight foods hehe! im not complaining though! Saturday night I compromised with J to have a Chinese takeaway which he thoroughly enjoyed and allowed me to switch a few things from our usual order like boiled rice instead of egg fried and plain noodles, plus a side of veggies instead of crispy shredded beef. it seems that actually he is quite willing to get involved in my haelthy eating if i just put in a tiny bit more effort with his lifestyle choices too. Things are looking pretty good :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;im down on the scales today which is a promising sign, although it might be mainly due to eating smaller meals this weekend that were higher in cals. either way, im getting close to that point now where even my highs for the week will be under 140.. i shall be celebrating the day i get under 140 permanenetly lol!!!!&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Maintaining</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;139 again this week, im ok with that. i still of course need to lose a few pounds and have every intention of losing them in the foreseeable future, but im liking that the weight is coming off slowly, and therefore is more likely to stay off!! i dont want to put on again this time!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;iv noticed that this time round due to being more active (i guess) my shape is completely different. my upper body is&amp;nbsp; small but a lot more toned, especially on the arms which is great, although my thighs are still large. theres a good deal of muscle there under the fat, so although my thighs havent lost any inches, once the fat starts to go from there i shall bea very happy bunny :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;im meant to be going swimming tonight but the kiddies are going to be in the pool again and so im not looking forward to it. im tempted to go jogging instead but i struggle to run for an hour and should really build up to it instead of diving straight into a full hours run. ok maybe what il do, is swim tonight, and then tomorrow which would be my day off il go for a short build up jog to see how i cope... perfect plannage!&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Needing some advice</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;At the moment, my battle with bridget is losing :( im GAINING and im trying to figure out exactly why this is! im up 2.5lbs from last week monday and they wont shift&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;my average deficit is roughly 500cals per day (eat 1500-1600, burn 2000-2250)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i swim 3 times a week for an hour, doing laps&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i do 3-4 hours wii fit a week&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i drink 8 glasses of water a day&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the only things that have changed in the last week are...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;my knee healed so i have been able to use my legs swimming, which is making me swim faster and therefore im getting a bi more out of my workout.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;my sugar levels have been slightly higher&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i had one dessert last friday and it DEFINITELY didnt go over my defecit&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;im eating bigger meals for the same amount of calories, but always finish eating by 6.30&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;my carbs have been higher, and my fats and proteins lower&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;yes, it really is! due to a slightly higher intake of sodium and a lot less water than usual, stupid bridget has decided to attach another 2lbs of hersefl onto my body (i reckon she attached herself to my tummy) well anywho, after trying to drown her yesterday with a gallon of water i have knocked off one of those lbs and the battel continues for the other one... i will prevail!!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the weekend was pretty good overall - my eating habits went straight out the window since we ate out fri night and all day saturday, but it was all within calorie limit so in a way it was successful, it prob did me some good actually coz iv eaten foods i havetn eaten in ages.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;goals for today:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;drink lots of water&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;one hour wii fit&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;30 mins walking&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;do 1 hour at least art work&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;have a relaxing bath :)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;pluck eyebrows - they are in dire need of attention&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;plan outfit for thurs interviews&lt;/li&gt;

			<title>Urge to binge</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;So the last few days I've really been feeling the need to eat really badly - i found myself last night wanting to devour a whole choc fudge cake (i dont even really like choc fudge cake) although luckily i didnt, since thee was none in lol! i did go down to the shops with J to buy him a bar of chocolate ( which he ate in front of me and i didnt actually want it) and i had a solero for 100cals, which i could have because i only had 75g of rice with dinner instead of the 100g i had planned. It hasn't really sorted out the problem however , i m still craving bad foods. at least, for now, i havent touched them....&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Last night i went to the pool to find it was shut grrrrrr. i was in such a bad mood about it and J was so lovely, he drove me to Highgrove pool instead and spent an hour waiting for me reading his book so i could get my swim in AND paid for me to go! he deserves some brownie points definitely, i think im gonna treat him to dinner tonight at the pub - its the first time he's really left the house in weeks so this will be really good for him. of course he will get plastered tonight and i will have to carry him home but thats cool. i have decided im going to have a glass or two of wine tonight. not too much since i have my driving lesson in the morning but just enough to get tipsy (ie. 2/3 glasses instead of my usual pintness)&amp;nbsp;as for dinner at the pub- a jacket potato to keep my eating habits healthy. swimming after work will be my damage control hehe!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So i lost half a pound this week. seems like nothing in comparison&amp;nbsp;to last week lol but its a great loss. compared to a few weeks ago its bloody brilliant!! 			<title>A new day</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;.... and im feeling ok about it. the weight isnt dropping off this week, i reckon il be down a pound again. Last week i lost four and wanted something similar again this week but if its not meant to be its not meant to be!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i had a MAHOOOSIVE dinner last night of home made burritos (turkey mince, kidney beans an onion&amp;nbsp;and healthy wraps no added rubbish) so although it was healthy and lacking in sodium (YAY) its still, after a good 12 hours, sitting heavily in my body. after eating, i had put on 3lbs from tues (before dinner) however this morning i was already back down those two pounds... ALMOST! i only have my wii fit to go by and it doesnt give&amp;nbsp;fractions of a pound.. but the graph is a little higher than before so im gonna go with not quite lost it all yet. i am pretty sure that once I&amp;nbsp;have a BM i will have lost another&amp;nbsp;few pounds lol.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So again there is no food in the house and i have bought wholemeal tortilla wraps and chopped peppers for lunch. im getting some houmous and low fat turkey breast for lunch to have with it - sounds AMAZING! and then i think im just gonna have something like pasta for dinner... whatever healthy food i can convince the boy to eat tonight with me. maybe even a jacket potato? J's dad is celebrating his birthday out but us kids arent going, so i should be pretty ok for food tonight.
