Today I am 133. I take just 1 day at a time and think if what I am putting in mouth is Healthy & Nutrious. In the mornings I work out before I eat breakfast. I either walk Toby or do strength training with free weights with Margaret Richards (Body Electric) & Gillad for some Cardio. It is hard to believe that since we have been living here, we had joined the YMCA. Now that we are not members, I am working out- go figure! Well for what ever the reason, I am still motivated and my clothes are a little looser.
Well you look marvelous for your age!! 133!! (My mind kind of stumbled there for a second before I realized you were talking weight - I blame it on the fact that it's Friday) LOL - that's great that you are exercising!! I would start measuring your success with a measuring tape as well - sometimes working out makes the scale stuck but you lose inches which is the REAL goal right?? |
