This sucks. I got shin splints and so I'm going to wait a week before running and I'm going to get new shoes.

I did the 25 minute run. I'm slow though, I only get just over 1.5 miles in that time.

2 - 8 minute jogs with 5 minutes walk between complete. A lot easier then expected, and looking forward to trying the 20 minute jog.

Wasn't hard at all, now that I established from last week that 5 minutes at a time isn't impossible.
Day 2 I'm looking forward too, going up to 8 minutes at a time.
Day 3 I'm not looking forward too, being it is just a 20 minute jog with no breaks.

I got through day 1 of week 4 of the C25K on Sunday. It wasn't as bad as I'd expected, but today I'm supposed to do week 2. I like to do it before work but it's now so cold out, and when its cold, I sleep. So I'll do it after work or tonight.

Got completely through week 3 of the couch potato to 5k.
I'm finding I'm not losing weight as fast as I was doing this, but thats because I only do it every other day and 3 days a week instead of 5 or 6 days a week on the ellpitcal. But it's all good.
I will be down 20 lbs once I lose about 1 more.

I started doing the couch potato to 5k about 4 weeks ago. I didn't get to go every other day on Week 1, so I stretched it out 2 weeks. Tonight should be W3D3. I think I will be able to do OK until week 5, and that looks scary.
