			<title>Sore...</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I am a bit sore,&amp;nbsp; okay, a little bit more than a bit sore.&amp;nbsp; It was the bits of jogging thrown in.&amp;nbsp; That's okay.&amp;nbsp; I'll just take an easier walk today to let my muscles heal.&amp;nbsp; Stayed up too late too, so now I am tired.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Someday I will learn.&amp;nbsp; I just have so many things to do!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Good Walk Tonight</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Since I returned from camp, my energy is up.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I think it is partly from eating more fruits and veggies and partly from all the walking at camp.&amp;nbsp; Yesterday, I went on a 1.5 hour walk, about 2.5 miles.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Today, I only went 1 hour, but the same distance.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; In fact, every so often I would jog for 50 to 100 steps.&amp;nbsp; Not a pretty sight, but since it was at night time.... :)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; But... I Feel Good.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I just hope and pray I can stay psyched!&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Back from Camp</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Hey there!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Back from Girl Scout Camp, 1 pound below when I left.&amp;nbsp; This is amazing because I usually come back with a few extra pounds.&amp;nbsp; At camp the food is high carb, high fat.&amp;nbsp; Fruit usually consists of bland apples and oranges, canned peaches, applesauce.&amp;nbsp; Veggies consist of corn, green beans. Salad is iceburg lettuce with ranch dressing.&amp;nbsp; I brought my own food to supplement.&amp;nbsp; Spinach leaves, romaine lettuce, cottage cheese,&amp;nbsp; frozen strawberries and blackberries, protein bars, protein water,&amp;nbsp; sugar free rice pudding.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I did eat some camp food, but I didn't have second and thirds.&amp;nbsp; For lunch I brought my greens and cottage cheese with me.&amp;nbsp; I even ate dessert when it was a fudge bar, only 130 cals.&amp;nbsp; But I did not eat cake and cookies.&amp;nbsp; Lots of activity, there always is.&amp;nbsp; But we drink lots of water.&amp;nbsp; I mentioned that usually when I go to camp I add a few pounds.&amp;nbsp; This usually drops off after a week or so on its own.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Friday night I went to a 40th birthday party for my SIL.&amp;nbsp; I did eat snacks and dips, but tried to concentrate on the fruit and veggies.&amp;nbsp; NO cake.&amp;nbsp; Very proud of myself.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yesterday, still not logging but fairly good at watching cals.&amp;nbsp; At the local fireworks, I did eat a cherry bomb, only one though.&amp;nbsp; It was delicious.&amp;nbsp; I need the recipe for a later date.&amp;nbsp; Crumbled up chocolate cake, pressed over a cherry and iced with chocolate cream cheese icing.&amp;nbsp; Yummmy!&amp;nbsp; But I had only one.&amp;nbsp; This is a major accomplishment for me!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I was offered cookies and other sweets and wasn't interested, I even passed up the chips and salsa and just munched on grapes and strawberries.&amp;nbsp; No cal counting, but I am at the point that it does not take as much for me to feel full.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Plus I try to wait several minutes between each berry or grape so I don't end up over full.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Today, I went on an hour and half walk.&amp;nbsp; After camp walking, it just seemed natural.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Now to KEEP IT UP!&amp;nbsp; Yah Yah Yah........&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway, I hope eveyone had a fabulous 4th and had no accidents.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I have my clothes packed, my blankets packed.&amp;nbsp; I still need to go shopping for food, some activities for the kids to play.&amp;nbsp; I'm in charge of 6-8 year old girls.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hose and sprinkler. Enter some work data.&amp;nbsp; All before 2pm tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; I think it best I go to bed.&amp;nbsp; I'm&amp;nbsp; a little worried about food next week.&amp;nbsp; Noone loses weight at camp even though they are constantly busy!&amp;nbsp; I'm hoping I do ok though if I bring extra fruit, greens, chicken breasts and protein shakes.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I do wish I could keep in touch with this site though.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Right now it is a great motivator.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I'll try to journal once tomorrow before I leave.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I'm not sure why I journal.&amp;nbsp; It's not necessarily for the world to read, but I keep it public, because otherwise it would be totally meaningless to me.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I'm starting to meet a couple of people on the forums.&amp;nbsp; I like that.&amp;nbsp; God I really want to succeed and maintain this time!&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/tmh417/316552.html</comments>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Getting Ready for camp.... Not enough time to walk, but doing laundry and packing.&amp;nbsp; Plus, undercalorie, not good for the long term, but ok tonigh.&amp;nbsp; Talked to camp person about bringing food, so not eating constant carbs and fat!&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Doing Okay</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I was really hungry this morning but ate my cereal and blueberries, a bigger portion, but still ok.&amp;nbsp; For lunch I ate in the cafeteria.&amp;nbsp; I ordered General Tsao's Chicken with light sauce.&amp;nbsp; The nutrition card said 460 calories, but there is no way!&amp;nbsp; The portion was way too big, so I cut up the veggies and chicken into little pieces to waste time, drank some water, added lots of pepper and only ate half of it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I accompishled this while talking to a friend!&amp;nbsp; It took a little will power to push it away and not pick at it, but now I have something for later.&amp;nbsp; I hope I have not entered too few calories.&amp;nbsp; I put in 460, what the card said, even though I only ate half of what they gave me.&amp;nbsp; I also drank 8 to 10 oz water.&amp;nbsp; I am not hungry at all and I have lots to do in the next few hours.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Yeah!&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/tmh417/316138.html</comments>

			<title>I'm still Psyched but I'm hungry</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I think I'll be ok tonight.&amp;nbsp; I have laundry to do, and then a walk with Holly to take.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; But I am down to 2.88 in my checking account!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; What happens when I stress and get depressed?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I am really trying not to borrow from hubby this month.&amp;nbsp; I'm leaving to Scout Camp this weekend for a whole week and would like to take some things with me so that I don't have to live on a diet that is 75% carbs!&amp;nbsp; I will be active though!&lt;/p&gt;
