Starting the 5th Month of keeping track

It's January of a brand new year!.. I am starting my 5th month of getting back on track... by tracking my intake vs. outake!

I made my goal right through Christmas to get to 135lbs!! I stopped trying around the 10th of December because I had made it to my other goal which was getting down (ONE) size to a size 4!.. I weighed right after Christmas 135.8lb!! yippi I did it through the Hardest Holiday.. however 2 weeks later on 1/5 I weighed in at a 139!! What up?.. 3lbs of I hope too much water and bloating not because of fat intake!.. I'm waiting until 1/9.. and will weigh in again!! I just want to remain consistant and retain and maintain at 135-136lbs!!.. If I stay w/in my 2010 caloric burn each day that should NOT be a problem so how did I creap up 3lbs!!

Inches vs. lbs

I've had more success with loosing inches than lbs. I was at 133lbs February of this year so I am determined to get there, but struggle with it because........

I do excercise regularly always have... I've added in the last 2yrs not on a regular basis until now a 30min 1x per week strength class that has really toned me up! unbelievably so.. as a matter of fact I'm almost a size smaller but I have only dropped from 4lbs and have 6lbs to go... 138 lbs on my good weigh day w/no water retention..

I realize that muscle accounts for 70% of water while fat only 10% and we all strive for muscle NOT FAT so.... how does a person cope with not losing the lbs, but has replaced this with muscle and is there anyway to calculate the progress here OTHER than clothing and the way it feels on???
