I feel yucky today! TOM started yesterday and for weigh in gained 1.8 pounds...I do feel lighter though which is strange even with the bloating and cramps...I do look forward to next friday...I really was expecting a loss because of feeling lighter...My stomach is close to flat when I lay down and that hasn't happened in years...

I have changed up my workout and have been nice and sore for these past 2 weeks...lol Been good all week with eating and working out...

Forgot I also had blood drawn yesterday to get cholesterol checked again...Next friday I go to the doctor for results...The first month it went down a lot, but so did my HDL...I really don't want to go on meds, so we will see how the numbers are...

Today was beautiful! Sunny and 72 my favorite combo...lol It is reminding me of summer and shorts and t shirts...I hope this extra weight comes off by July...Only 21 lbs to go...Of course that might be different friday...Hopefully I will have less to go...So far I have eaten good and also lifted weights...I did legs and abs, last time I was so sore the next day...I still get 1 more meal today(which is a snack) and is also my favorite meal of the day...I'm going to have light popcorn, grapes and a little semi-sweet chocolate chips...I let them melt in my mouth one at a time...YUMMY!

I feel good today! Was active and ate healthy...

I lifted weights and did somethings differently...I did squats and WOW I feel sore already! I also cleaned my parents house and after that really felt exausted...In a good way!

I tried this bag of frozen veggies(deluxe steamers oriental seasoned veggies) with a half of chicken breast...YUMMY! zenasavvy recommended it...Very filling, considering you get to eat the whole bag, that's 4 cups...

Starting to feel the pressure of school and getting a full time job...I've been a stay at home mom for 12 years now and on June 2nd I'm starting at school to become a certified nursing assistant...The class is 8 weeks long and for some reason I am soooo nervous...But I know I have to do it, hubby just doesn't make enough money for me to stay home anymore and we are losing our condo and have to move by Sept...I'm going to end up living with my MIL so we can afford to rent a house...We really want our kids to have a yard finally...

I'm proud of myself for sticking with healthy eating and exercise...Normally I would be eating big time with the stress...

Today was a good day! I got a lot of exercise cleaning my sister's house...I usually clean my house in steps, but wow cleaning for 90 minutes straight is really a workout! Then I came home and went to the gym(which for me is across the hall from my condo) and did 15 min on the stair stepper and 30 min fast walking on the treadmill...After that was 30 minutes of lifting weights, I did back, biceps, and abs...I did all this before noon and I was happy when it was over...Exhausted too!

I ate good today, I've been saving up for a cheat day on Saturday...Dinner was yummy, lots of veggies and a chicken breast with 1 tbs of pesto and 1/4 cup whole wheat pasta...YUM! I still have a snack left that I will eat around 10...I stay up until midnight or later so 10 is ok for me...I try not to eat 2-3 hours before bed...

The weather is rainy and chilly today...It's a good day to stay in a curl up with a good book...Usually with my boredom I would want to eat more, but have done well with not doing it...

This morning I did 45 min cardio...15 on the stair stepper and 30 min fast walking at an incline on the treadmill...In about 45 from now I'm going to lift weights...I think I'll do shoulders and abs...I really love lifting weights, if I could I would skip the cardio...LOL I guess when you have a lot of fat to burn you have to do some cardio to burn those calories...

It smells so good in here right now! Making homemade spaghetti sauce...Will be having it with whole wheat pasta and these veggie meatballs...Surprisingly, not too bad on taste...Who knew veggies meatballs would be good and isn't that an oxy moran (veggie meatballs) LOL

Entry Did good this weekend

Friday had bad news about a job my hubby was going for...This job would have changed our lives and now it is not going to happen...It may happen, but not until next year...I'm really proud of myself for not binging! I also managed to exercise and eat right all weekend long...Each time I over come an obstacle I feel stronger and stronger...I love this challenge, the motivation of knowing that you have this short term goal of losing 10 pounds...It really helps you to keep going...Next Sat. on the other hand is my 33rd bday and I'm having a free day...I have been good for awhile now and figure ever so often I need a free day...

I was really disappointed in myself for the way I eated on Sat. and Sun. I'm going to forgive myself and move on...I did good on Mon and today... No junk food or cravings and I exercised both days...Whoohoo!!!

I had to watch 2 kids the past 2 days and my workout time had to be adjusted...I really dislike when I have to change things, but I'm very proud that I stuck with it...I did fast walking for 30 min and lifted weights working on chest and triceps...Did shoulders and abs yesterday...
