			<description>&lt;p&gt;Okay, now im om like day 9 and i am starting to feel tired i need some kind of pick me up i slept until 12 noon for no reason other than i didnt have to get up and take nobody to school this morning i dont feel like doing no excersizes and i dont really see no weight commin off. I need to take it back to how i started, knowing that i have tried all the diets and that this just going to be me making more concious decisions. and let the weight slowly come off&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;this is day4 and Im okay in the morning with a slimfast shake and vitamin and have energy but 3 and 4pm whoa! I be ready to eat my usual everyday fast foods this transition isnt easy for me my habbits have been horrible all my life and now 30 yrs in its starting to show the effects i need a partner if anyone reads this please help me.
