I am becoming very frustrated with my diet. I find myself wanting to become even more restrictive on it, which I know that I should not do. I already have cut so much out of my diet, things like, potatoes, chips, pastas, white rice, very limited wheat breads. I will occasionally eat these things, as well as, sweets, pop, and fast food. If I want to go out to eat, I will account for those calories ahead of time so not to disrupt my diet.
I think that my problem with very little weight loss is coming from the amount of calories that I am eating compared to what I am burning. What amount of calories should I be eating compared to how much I burn off? Also, when do you know that your body is burning the stored fat cells not the energy from your muscle fibers? Any help would be appreciated.
