I am increasing my activities so that I burn at least 1250 calories a day so that I may burn at least 8750 calories for the week. This will give me a weight loss of around 2.5 lbs per week. My goal weight is less than 130 and I would like to be around this weight before my trip to Vegas towards the end of July. If I can maintain this I will lost 27.5 lbs making my weight at around 127 lbs. That would be my ideal weight. I need to keep up the good work but my leg needs to get better. I have a shim splint on my right leg from overdoing it 3 weeks ago. It has not gotten better by much but I also haven't taken it much easier either since then. I rub it a lot and put a lot of ice on it to keep the inflammation down, which helps a lot.
If you have a shin splint you may want to take it easy for a bit = NO running... You really don't want to get it worse... |
Do you have any other suggestions for cardio that don't involve the pounding of that leg off the ground? I have a treadmill but would an eliptical be better for cardio? |

Figure out what type of eater you are and you might just find the answer to permanent weight loss.
