Sprained my ankle!!! Just got foot out of a cast one month ago for a foot injury and now same foot has an ankle injury.
Impacts are to excercise P90X but should not impact diet. I have to lower my carbs since I will be more seditary... this really sucks but need to get past it all! I am going to still excercise but it will be a lot on my knees, back and arms. I will do leg lifts and extensions but have to limit bending my left ankle.
