I am really watching my intake now since my activity is dropping. It is hard to figure out the whole calorie delima. What to eat what not to eat, that is the question. I am planning my meals from the start since I really dont have a clue what the amount of calories are. I made a few mistakes at the begining by not doing this and did not realize I had used up my calories allowed prior to dinner one day. I was quite disapointed. I still ate and went over my allotment.
Today I am trying to get more protein and less carbs. That is the goal.
Ab Ripper tonight, and some upper body back and arms from P90X.
