&lt;p&gt;Wow, now that deficit was a perfect 1000!!!&amp;nbsp; I don't want to maintain that kind of number regularly&amp;nbsp;but its neat to see.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Great news, my heart doc appointment went well and when I asked if there was any chance of lowering any of my meds...he looked over my list again and said...hmmm, we'll try lowering this one and see how you do.&amp;nbsp; WHIPPEE!!!&amp;nbsp; It's very exciting.&amp;nbsp; Now comes the possible downside to that decision...he said studies have shown that in some patients, lowering or eliminating this med can cause&amp;nbsp;the heart to weaken again, revert.&amp;nbsp; If my heart muscle isn't able to maintain its strength once the dose change really kicks in then we'll have to go back to the dose I'm currently on.&amp;nbsp; IF my heart IS able to maintain then there's a better chance the med&amp;nbsp;can eventually be eliminated.&amp;nbsp; Let's think positive thoughts!!!&amp;nbsp; I'm really hoping and praying that all my cardio pays off and that my ticker is able to maintain on its own...or rather with less help.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another thing he brought up when we were discussing my exercises is that he does not want me to get to heavy with the weights.&amp;nbsp; He said he'd rather see me do more reps than more weight.&amp;nbsp; He said that weight workouts can lower my blood pressure.&amp;nbsp; My meds keep my pressure very low as it is and if I cause it to go even lower it can get dangerous.&amp;nbsp; Mind you, my BP before meds was completely normal.&amp;nbsp; But because of my heart thing, we need it at the lowest level in the safe zone as we can get.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My garage sale went alright.&amp;nbsp; I won't be retiring anytime soon from my profits.&amp;nbsp; Lol!!!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I was pooped by the end of each weekend day though!!&amp;nbsp; I'm taking guesses at my food since most of the time I was grabbing and running back out to the garage.&amp;nbsp; I didn't try to figure out how much I burned lugging stuff back and forth between the days or organizing&amp;nbsp;or running putting the&amp;nbsp;signs out and bringing them back in but I'm sure I burned more calories than the normal daily 1830.&amp;nbsp; Maybe not a ton more but enough to make me think between my guesstimates in food and abnormal phsyical activities&amp;nbsp;my deficits are probably fairly reflective of the day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I had invited my aunt to bring some of her stuff if she wanted and in addition to what she brought, she also brought me a box of odd and end stuff she had of my grandmother's.&amp;nbsp; A lot of it was just mismatched trinkets.&amp;nbsp; I didn't have the heart to turn it away.&amp;nbsp; I now probably have an equal amount of useless stuff that I started with.&amp;nbsp; What I got rid of in the sale has been replaced basically.&amp;nbsp; Does that sound bad?&amp;nbsp; Ungrateful?&amp;nbsp; I'll go through it sometime this week to see if I'm wrong&amp;nbsp;but I doubt it.&amp;nbsp; What will I do with this stuff?&amp;nbsp; Beats me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And as you can see I didn't get any formal exercise done.&amp;nbsp; I tried to do some weights Saturday morning before the sale but dh came down and laughed at me.&amp;nbsp; WTH??&amp;nbsp; I ended up turning red and&amp;nbsp;just stopped.&amp;nbsp; I think I&amp;nbsp;only got through 5 minutes before that happend.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;It looks like I'll definitely have to play catch up this week!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow morning I have a heart doc appointment.&amp;nbsp; We'll see how my ticker is faring.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;He'll likely be disappointed in my weight compared to last year.&amp;nbsp; I didn't make any progress....AT ALL!!!&amp;nbsp; In fact I think I'm up a few pounds from last year.&amp;nbsp; Not for the lack of trying that's for sure!!&amp;nbsp; Dh will be coming this time.&amp;nbsp; I need him to hear directly from the doc that having more kids is out of the question.&amp;nbsp; I wish it wasn't so but it is and I need the&amp;nbsp;asking to stop.&amp;nbsp; Him and my mom reminding me of these limitations of mine does nothing for my self esteem.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/valsgoal/324047.html</comments>

&lt;p&gt;Okay, back to normal.&amp;nbsp; I don't know what happened Wednesday.&amp;nbsp; It was just an awful day.&amp;nbsp; Nothing was going right, home, work,&amp;nbsp;errands...which put me in a horrible mood the whole day.&amp;nbsp; Even my exercising wasn't picking me up.&amp;nbsp; I gave up after such a short time.&amp;nbsp; I decided to just go straight to sleep after I tried exercising, figuring it couldn't get worse if I was asleep.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yesterday&amp;nbsp;was long but at least it was productive.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I had a dentist appointment right after work.&amp;nbsp; My crown finally came in.&amp;nbsp; It replaced a very old crown.&amp;nbsp; Anyway, I did that, got home and did the treadmill for a couple miles.&amp;nbsp; It was eat out night but I didn't get anything because I didn't know if I'd be numb.&amp;nbsp; Instead I had eggsbeaters and baked fries.&amp;nbsp; I had a corner piece of pizza too. Then, instead of doing my weights...which I was bummed I ran out of time for...I rummaged through closets for last minutes stuff and&amp;nbsp;assembled signs for the garage sale I'm having over the weekend.&amp;nbsp; Finally, I snacked on a few tortilla chips before turning in for the night.&amp;nbsp; My deficit was&amp;nbsp;much more respectable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This morning I woke up early so I could put up some of my sale signs before heading to work.&amp;nbsp; When I dropped off Lil'V at my mom's...mom had a sausage, cheese and egg mcmuffin for me for breakfast.&amp;nbsp; I smiled, thanked her and gave it to the receptionist here at work.&amp;nbsp; D'oh!!&amp;nbsp; I'd rather have my oatmeal so I could get take out for lunch today.&amp;nbsp; Besides, one of those sandwiches is nowhere near enough to satisfy me.&amp;nbsp; Sorry mom!&amp;nbsp; Damn was I tempted though!!!&amp;nbsp; It took a lot for me not to gobble it up during my drive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tonight I likely won't get any formal exercise done since I'll be setting up the garage.&amp;nbsp; But that doesn't mean I won't burn my share of cals carrying tables and boxes of stuff from the basement to the garage...and carrying our bikes to the basement from the garage.&amp;nbsp; I don't want those getting sold!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Month to date minutes total/goal:&amp;nbsp; 521/1250&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The month is almost halfway through and I'm not quite halfway through my exercise minutes.&amp;nbsp; I did quite a bit&amp;nbsp;Saturday but obviously not enough overall.&amp;nbsp; I need to do 2 more hours by the end of Wednesday to be in sync with the month.&amp;nbsp; Ya know...halfway through the month, halfway through my goal.&amp;nbsp; My cals...I need to be better.&amp;nbsp; If you look at my journal entry yesterday, my cals were all over the place.&amp;nbsp; I net a deficit but it does not feel like it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I've got to get better!!!&amp;nbsp; On a good note, I did try to make sure I logged everything this weekend again.&amp;nbsp; I think I did pretty good.&amp;nbsp; I didn't weigh my foods enough; that still needs improvement.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/valsgoal/321595.html</comments>
