After my disastrous "break" from calorie counting and exercise, I'm back up to 32 - 25.5 - 35.5, a half inch extra on my waist and hips.
To feel better about how much I've accomplished, I thought I'd make a list of what I love about having lost this much weight:
1. Seeing my cheekbones again; I lost weight from my face first thankfully, it used to be so much rounder that I just looked puffy all the time.
2. Having a flat stomach; when I'm not bloated my stomach is actually flat - no more pooch!
3. Reduced cellulite; there's still a lot there but when I squeeze my butt cheeks together it doesn't look like a pile of cottage cheese, more like an orange peel.
4. Fitting into my jeans again; it's nice not having to stuff myself into my pants, and not having to do squats and such to make them stretch to my butt after they come out of the dryer.
What I'd like to accomplish still:
- #1 priority is shrinking my hips and upper thighs so they look proportionate to the rest of my body, 34" and 19" would be perfect.
- #2 is toning up my butt, getting rid of the last bits of cellulite on the backs of my thighs.
- #3 it would be awesome to get some ab definition!
I think if I could lose 2 lbs of fat, then replace it with 2 lbs of muscle, I would be all set. Hopefully I can do that in the next 4 months or so!
