The last three months I've been pretty lazy, only halfheartedly trying to exercise and maintain a calorie deficit. I haven't lost any weight but I've done a damn good job of maintaining at about an average of 1500-1600 calories per day. So at least I know I'm at a healthy weight, but I still want to tone up my butt and get rid of these saddlebags. I think I just need to get back to the gym instead of trying to workout at home, because I'm completely unmotivated. Time to budget $100 for 3 months' membership. Sigh.
