For the last three days the scale as been reading 105. TOM is just ending too so I know I've been retaining some water and that number is more than likely actually correct.
Unfortunately getting to my goal was exactly as I expected. I went from being a pear to being a smaller pear with no boobs. I'm now 31-24-35 with 20" thighs. I lost 3 inches from my chest but only 2.5 from my hips, making me even more disproportionate! The last time I had boobs this small I was 13, but the last time my hips were this size I was still inches larger in my chest. I've somehow managed to change my body composition. If I tried to gain any weight back it'd all go to my hips, not my boobs.
I still have cellulite and saddlebags, and my butt is still saggy and dimply. Sigh. I'll be eating 1600 calories/day to maintain and starting some serious strength training now to try and smooth out the lumps and bumps and hopefully lose some inches off the right places without losing what very little boobs I have left!

Is jump roping as good an exercise as running?
