My job and a manager that keeps me on my toes. I am thankful for all my friends both in person and online. Some of my online friends are more important to me than the in person ones.
Not sick this morning. A friend suggested the cause could be the Byetta, but I have been on that med for nearly two years. It does sometimes makes me nauseous, but not like I was the last couple of days. I did skip my shot at lunch and dinner last night just because I did not want to add to the sick tummy. I also did not take my regular day meds as I so hate throwing them up. I managed to eat a cup of tomato soup and some saltines for lunch. I did not eat much for dinner last night. Plan for today is to not eat until I get to work, do my shot then eat within 15 minutes of the shot. I have some more tomato soup and maybe a salad, if I feel up to it. I am going to eat within 15 minutes of my shot instead of the 30-60 minutes recommended.
I do have a bit of a head ache this morning, I think it is probably sinus. I did have to take meds for pain last night. I think I need more than exercise for my back. This is why I told my doc I did not want to go to PT. He can order treatments all he wants but all they do is give you an exercise program. He ordered massage, tens and ultra sound. They do a bit of trigger point pressure for a few minutes (gets shorter each visit) then set me to exercise. Yes, the exercise is important, but I already do them at home; there are some new ones I didn't have before.
I pray you are all always happy, blessed, loved and healthy.
Have a God filled day,
V
Its possible you had the stomach bug :-( The bug also slows down digestion which would explain why it was yesterdays lunch coming up at breakfast. ((((hugs))) |
