I didn't go to the gym but I did walk for hours. Yes, I really do mean hours. I walked all over the city nonstop for an hour, stopped for a while at my destination, then walked again for 45, stopped, then walked for 15. I accomplished a few things this way-- saved on train fare, 600 calories burned and not much smelly sweating! Although, I would burn about that much in an hour at the gym.

I think I'm going to break 200 really soon!
