I haven't been doing well.  Life happened.

Instead of putting everything into CC as I eat it or even before, I am going to wait until the end of the day.  That way I don't get to worked up about it.  I won't worry and obsess about it.  If a day is bad I will correct it the following day. 

I am also going to weigh my self every other day so I don't fret over that as bad.

I am not going to focus some much on working out right now.  I will try to do more moving during the days and at night but, I can't worry to much right now.  I know I need to make that a priority.  And I will but I need to focus on some other parts of my life right now.

I hope everything works out for you. I'm having the same issues right now where I need to not worry so much about everything.

I have too much going on to say yes I can do this for 30 min everyday...it just doesn't work out like that on most days.  I think as long as I watch what I eat and move a little more...taking the stairs at work or taking the long way to another departmen...I won't go back up.
