Yesterdays wight was 175.4.  I am very pleased with that.

Yesterdays burn 2100 intake 1524 def 576.

I did well yesterday.  I had 160 ounces of water and Monday.

Today's plan is not to count my calories but write everything down in my journal.  I am going to try a kind of zig-zag thing and see how it works out.  Count for a few days then take a day off.  I am willing to try new things at this point in the game.  I am kind of happy with where I am...not a bad place to be stuck.  Would like to see more come off but I know it will take more time.  I am trying not to get frustrated. 

If I count my calories too much...I start cutting corners with health food to "make room" for something I shouldn't eat.  So I am going to try with out trying.  If that makes any sense.

yeah, LOL  you don't want to cut corners with the good stuff.  try without trying could be just what you need.  who knows...  ;)
