I've never felt like this about working out in my entire life.
Exercise used to be a chore for me. I dreaded it. I would force myself to do it, push my way through, and taper off towards the end.
But tonight, I decided to choose a lower level than I had been doing on my bike and see how far I could get in 30 minutes... speed vs. resistance. I ended up going over 5 miles, and I felt great the entire time. I was breathing hard, sweating hard, but I kept my pace and made it through the whole 30 minute workout. I took a shower afterwards, and I still feel the endorphines. I don't feel the leg pain or the exhaustion I felt years ago when I tried working out... I just feel great!
I think this is what all those people are talking about. All I know is... I hope it continues this way! :)
