Today marks the first day I joined this Calorie Count.
I am 24 years old and 5 feet tall. I currently weigh 132 pounds, which makes me over 31 pounds my suggested weight for my age and height (101 pounds). As calculated by the BMI tool, I currently have 26.4 BMI which is 1.5 more than the highest suggested BMI range for my age and height, making me mildly overweight.
I am aware that I am over weight and it is not healthy but it seems I am not making effort to correct this. But right at this moment I want to commit myself and say that I will try my best and reach my goal.
Calorie count suggested that I should eat 1200 calories per day to reach 101 pounds by October 21, 2010. However, if I could reach my goal in faster way, I will try. I will try to combine exercise and dieting to reach my goal. Hopefully I could do it for two main goals:
Short goal: I want to attend a wedding and want to look healthy.
Long term goal: I want to be and remain healthy
Hopefully, I will reach my goal.
To help reach my goal, I will discipline myself and try to organize myself. I will post a blog of my progress and at the end of the blog I will assign myself task. I will also join motivational forums/groups such as the Schmooze and Lose IV Forum to motivate myself.
I know I can do this and I know I am more than close in reaching my goals.
For the next blog, I should list:
a. Plan of action
b. Date of start
c. Diet plan attack
d. Meal plan for next week
e. Exercise plan/regimen
f. Update of my progress
