Well here it is, January 1, 2009!! Yes, I get to it a little earlier than most of you.
So I've been slacking off the last couple months. Sort of intentionally really. I needed the brain break. As it turns out, it's been quite enlightening. My body doesn't like not exercising or eating bad. Funny how I never noticed how yucky "bad" food really is.
With all this in mind, and wanting to get the last of this weight off, I did an official weigh in this morning and the number didn't even make me mad. 209. Sad, but that's what you get for sitting around being a continuous motion eating machine. BAD ME!! Plus, I know some of it is water weight anyway, so no biggie.
Onward and downward!!! We have our plane reservations for our PCS and will be leaving on April 22. With that in mind, lets see how low I can get before then! Who's with me????
Happy new year, Vstar!!! I'm back too - I haven't been doing much in the way of diet and nothing in the way of exercise since September. I think that I'm probably back over 200 also but can't check as the scales were broken! I still fit all the size 16 clothes, though a few are tighter than they should be nothing is unwearable... Anyway, I'm pulling out my new year's goals and wanting to catch up with the gang. I saw that you've made a new group and sent a request to join. Wow! April 22 and you'll be out of there! Will you guys be stationed in the US again? |
