Wandaleggins trying to adapt healthier eating habits & loose 10 pounds

I am in the challenge to loose 10 pounds by May 24th (my 40th birthday). Here are my stats...
age: 39; height: 5'1"; weight: 125; frame: small
normal daily calorie intake: 1100-1300; I usually drink about 120 oz of water daily and I put in about 1 hr of cardio/strength training (this is new ~ 1 wk)
Good luck with the 10 pounds! I am having my 39th birthday tomorrow and I need to lose 15. |
Thanks for the well wishes and bless you. How is it going so far? It sounds like you are on the right track, reading your stats. Keep up the good work, I'm 48 ; 4'11" med frame; 139 lbs. I've lost 13 lbs so far but have a long way to go to reach my goal of 117. (my ideal weight according to an internet calculator) |
