Entry Two months to go...

I am in the challenge to loose 10 pounds by May 24th (my 40th birthday).  Here are my stats...

age: 39; height: 5'1"; weight: 125; frame: small

normal daily calorie intake: 1100-1300; I usually drink about 120 oz of water daily and I put in about 1 hr of cardio/strength training (this is new ~ 1 wk)

Good luck with the 10 pounds!  I am having my 39th birthday tomorrow and I need to lose 15.

I'm 48 ; 4'11" med frame; 139 lbs. I've lost 13 lbs so far but have a long way to go to reach my goal of 117. (my ideal weight according to an internet calculator)
