With my brother-in-law living with us, it gives me greater impetus to get out the door in the morning, when I don't have to work on campus. Of course, it doesn't hurt that we're getting a nice Indian Summer here in Ohio, and the temperatures around in the mid '60's. Might as well enjoy it while we can.

Still hovering between 235 and 240, because I don't count calories during the weekend, which is my bane. Since I'm not supposed to write anything on Shabbat, I'll either need to develop my memory and guess better, or just accept this hovering technique...

...which isn't bad, to tell the truth, but losing another 15 pounds wouldn't hurt either. Motivation is just not there, which is probably the same with my brother-in-law, who now weighs about the same I did when I started here. Ironic, considering that we were reversed ten years ago; he was the thin man, I was fat. Of course, he was married, I was not; now that's reversed as well. Hmmm...
