Well hello from new york out there my name is Giovanni, what im trying to prove here is that i can do anything i put my mind to wether you say i can or i cant. how ill start this process of my weigh gain is simpley by Waking up at 10:30 in the morning fixing up some basic scramble eggs mostly 3 to 4 cups im not very sure about my lunch but i will have to get in to that also my dinner i have no idea, seems like i just dont eat dinner or stuff just whenever i like which i know itsnt a good habit i also sleep late which bad and im not sure if i have a thyroid disorder so i wish you could feel my pain im not trying to make you sad about my personal hlealth problems just letting you know i wouldnt mind your hand in a time of need you all take care god bless
