Yep, I'm up 10 lbs. and losing the Biggest Loser at work!!! Now feeling refocused and remotivated. Day two of eating healthy and packing my lunches. I'm having a hard time on days that I work and then head to school after...who really wants to pack a lunch and a dinner when tasty hot food is so easily obtained in a drive thru. I have spent way too much on eating out!!! And I feel like shit as a result. So the time is right and the motivation is there. I have CABO for Valentine's Week and I want to look sexy for my Mr Wonderful! Need to get these 10 back off and to firm up this gut! So:

1350 cals per day

2 15 minute walks a day ATLEAST! Until I can figure out how to work a gym schedule back in to my busy weeks....BLAH!

FIND my hand weights somewhere in a moving box.

GET 8 hours of sleep...has not been happening thanks to caffeine being used to keep me up during the day? Why does it kick in only after 8pm?

MORE MORE MORE water LESS LESS LESS coffee (hard when you're tired and hella cold...i hate winter)

No alcohol Monday-Thursday! A beer a night does add up, who have I been kidding?

Increase fruits and veggies! Let go of those donuts the kids requested...grrrr!

Meditate on positive self image rather than staring horrified in the bathroom mirror.

Fun upcoming activities scheduled to help burn calories:

Dancing 11/13..LIMIT booze intake that will counteract the calories burned during this activity!

Skating 11/14

Wow, I never thought I'd step on the scale and see 13x again. However, this morning I weighed in at 139. I also hit the 70 lb loss mark. I'm really getting close to my goals now, which is pretty exciting, because 3 years ago I would have said "that's impossible for me".
