today i ate around 800 calories..i'll try to continue this for the whole week..which left 2 more days and see if i can continue..today i ate so little is because i'm out of the house till night..

i fail again...
breakfast : 1 cup of Oats with 1/2 tbsp of honey with 2 slices of pineapple
lunch : 2 guavas 1 slices of papaya n 1 slices of watermelon with 1 serving of
peanut sauce
dinner : 4 apple,1 bowl of oats together with mushroom soup,4 apples,1 cup of
milk,and 3 peanut butter sandwiches
don't know why but this whole week i always binge in for dinner..its really hard to get back on track after i stop for should i do?two days ago its 3010 calories,yesterday its 1800+..what should i do?i'll give it until this sunday..if i still couldn't control my calories taking,i'll try change into a 2 menu a day..400 calories in the morning (before 7) and 800 calories in the night(after 7)
tips 1 : Everytime i feel like having bread,pay my brother 1 dollar per slice..
tips 2 : Everytime i couldn't control myself,run into my brother's room and
ransack it.(usually i release my stress through eating,i hope this would
work)
tips 3 : On thursday,save calories for the night market tour.
tips 4 : On saturday/sunday,one big breakfast and one big dinner..

FROM TOMORROW ONWARD :
Every schooling day breakfast : OATS WITH HONEY/1 Sandwich
Every schooling day lunch eats at school : Fruits with yong tao fu
sauce/Vegetable with lean meat
Everyday dinner : Fruits/raw salad
Everyday snacks : Fruits or warm milk
Everyday must drink at least 2 1.5 liter of water.
Sunday breakfast : 2 mochi/2 pieces of layer cake/yong tao fu/tofu curd
At least 50 sits up and 20 push ups and 20 squats a day.
Most can only eat up to 1500 calories per day,no more excuse!

lol..i didn't do what i resolve to..man,its hard to go back to my diet after i gain weight..i just couldn't stop eating,especially this few days..

holy macaroni!!!man,i just came back from the shopping centre with my friend..earlier,i weigh myself with the weighing machine and i gain weight!!!i'm now officially 57kg!!i gain 2kg in a week and that haven't include today and most probably tomorrow binge in.so sad and shock..So if i start my diet again next week,i put myself at 58 kg..5 kg to go to my ideal weight and 10kg from my dream weight..I MUSN"T GIVE UP THIS TIME!!!

this week is a disappointment..i binge in everyday with pineapple tarts and fast food..and since its already saturday and i have 2k cals for breakfast,i think its no use for me to diet anymore this week..i think i'll start again,again next week with really strict food list..
Resolution..
1.Exercise at least 30minutes a day.
2.Eat more vegetable and lean meat than others thing
3.Don't mind what others say.Exp :When my mum say i'm already thin,don't believe
her!!
4.Keep calories under 1700calories.
5.Eat chewing gum if feel like binge in..(buy lots of chewing gum)
6.Diet for myself not others..
7.Start from 17/3/2008 and ends 17/5/2008
8.I must get to 50-53 kg before the year ends .
9.THIS TIME,ITS REAL!!!!
10.REMEMBER,THIS IS THE LAST DIET I WILL UNDERGO SO I MUST DO IT!!

this morning my mum scold me..she said you think you diet and not eating already then you'll be beautiful is it..damn it!!i'm so angry that i stuff myself with fatty food all day..just for breakfast my calories went up to 2k..for lunch i had 10 pineapple tart with 5 love letter biscuit with 3-4 potatoes plus 2 chocolates+2 cheese biscuit..i guess thats probably up till 4k already..man,i try to make myself vomit everything out but i don't know how..my weigh probably up till 60 again..i hate myself!i hate everything!!

today i finally eat like a human..no offense..what i meant was,i eat like an average human..curry fish head,sweet and sour pork,kangkung belacan,tofu for my dinner..and all is my favorites so i ate quite a lot..hehe,i think i better don't be too happy and forget my diet otherwise i might gain back the fats..XD

wa..this week ates quite a lot and just now 8.30pm,i had a big bowl of asam laksa and ice kacang..then i go weigh myself..YIPPEE!!I'm down to 55..YIPPEE AGAIN!!I hope this is fat loss and not water loss..GAMBATEH!!
