			<title>Week 49. Day 1. Stayed the same this week</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;No change in my weight this week but I deserve it ! Went out for lunch last Sat and was a naughty girl ! I don't know what got into me but I ordered the deep fried (!) brie, then had lamb with mashed potatoes AND I had sticky toffee pudding with ice cream - very odd 'cos I never have a desert normally. I enjoyed every bit of it. THEN in the evening I drank a whole bottle of wine. THEN on Monday we went out with my dad and step mum where I consumed more wine and had steak and a baked potato (not too bad I guess).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;THEN ... I was super good for the rest of the week, living on salads to try to make up for my badness !!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So all in all, I am quite happy not to have put anything on this week !&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway, I have had my blip, forgotten it now and am going all out to lose as much as I can this week before Christmas and more temptation comes my way !&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/wendywoo123/247642.html</comments>

			<title>Week 48. Day 1. 66lbs lost so far ...</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I have lost another 2lbs this week making the total so far 66lbs. &lt;p&gt;Having said that, my mum has booked my fave restaurant for lunch tomorrow which will be lovely but I will have to try and be good ! I will be driving so at least I will have to stay off the wine !&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The weather here is grim at the moment - lots of rain and it's very cold BUT only another 2 weeks to work and then I am off for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year so I can't wait for that.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Week 47. Day 1.</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;It's coming off slowly but surely ! One pound off this week making the total now 64lbs. I am still unsure about my mini target of 70lbs by Christmas - another 6lbs in just under 4 weeks ? Hmmm ... we will see !&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have finished work now for the weekend and I am looking forward to Sunday. We normally have the family descend on us which is nice but this Sunday I will be all alone - hubby is going to the football so I can spend the day writing Christmas cards, wrapping pressies and putting up the decorations. 			<title>Week 46. Day 1. 2lbs off this week - total now 63lbs</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I have lost 4 and a half stone now (63lbs)&amp;nbsp;- wow ! I'm thrilled. Another 2lbs off this week.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now that I am 63lbs lighter, I am surprised that I can lose 2lbs in a week - I thought it would only be 1lb, but I'm not complaining ! I want to get to 5 stone lost by Christmas ... another 6lbs to go. Fingers crossed !&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have nothing special on this weekend so hopefully I can have another good week.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I put a top on yesterday that has been in my wardrobe for years and has never been worn - it fits ! I am so used to wearing baggy tops that it feels great to be wearing something a bit more fitted.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well ... I am off to work now and it's blowing a gale out there !&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Week 45. Day 1.</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I didn't make an entry last week cos I was gutted that I had put 2lbs on for no apparent reason. In fact I had been extremely good - not going over my 1200 a day at all.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway, this week is better news - the 2lbs has come off together with another pound, making 61lbs now so far.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My next challenge is to lose another 9lbs before Christmas ... hmmm ... not sure I can do it but it's worth a try !&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am off to our cottage now for the weekend but I am determined to be good ... a little wine maybe but I will still stay at 1200 cals.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Week 43. Day 1. 60lbs lost so far ...</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I have lost another 2lbs this week, making the total so far 60lbs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am starting to feel a lot better about myself now ... wearing slightly tighter fitting clothes and just generally feeling more confident about the way I look.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This weekend we are taking my dad and step mum out for a meal which I know will involve large amounts of alcohol but I am looking forward to it as I have not had a glass of wine for a while now. So I will enjoy it and then be super good the rest of the week !&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am not looking forward to the doorbell going all evening with the trick or treaters. I think I am turning into an old misery guts !&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Week 42. Day 1. Lost 2bs this week</title>

			<title>Week 40. Day 3. It's been a good week.</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well ... I have lost at least half of what I put on during my hols so hopefully in another couple of weeks it will have all gone and then I can make some progress. My next aim is to have lost 5 stone (70 lbs) by Christmas - it's pushing it a bit but I need a goal.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My family have all started asking what we want for Christmas - scary ! Seems ages away but it's only about 10 weeks I think.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have had a fairly quiet weekend but am looking forward to next weekend when we are going to visit my daughter at Uni. She is sharing a house this year with 4 lads so goodness only knows what state it will be in !&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I was right - my scale was not only disappointed with me but shouted very loudly !&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It's so hard to believe that it takes so long to come off but goes back on so quickly. But believe it I must !&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway, I am back with it now. I will go straight back to my 1200 cals a day and hopefully I can settle back into it with no problem.
