Ok I cheated ! I will admit it, I had desert more then one.I had other goodies too. But I had small portions. I thought I really really did bad.I only did half my walking and I was way surprised when I stepped on the scale and I lost 5lbs. WHAT WHAT WHAT !!!!!!! I'M THINKING I'm GOING TO WAKE UP! But if I watch myself I might just pull this off.I will make sure I get my walking in.If I don't gain and happen to lose a lb or 2 I will be truely thankful. I will now set my goal on handling Christmas.So as it stands now I have lost 63 lbs since May woo hoo.
I am truely thankful for the weight I have lost so far.

I got back on track.I have lost 3 more lbs.I feel I can make it through the Holidays without getting too side tracked.I ate some bread today and it just laid on my stomach I didn't enjoy that.I will remember that feeling.Heading into the holidays with hope in my heart and veggies in my pack.

It has been 2 weeks without a loss and I'm getting scared to step on the scale. It's getting holiday time,and very easy to cheat.We went out today and got some great deals at the mall. I didn't get tired,but my hip started to bother me. Well tomorrow will let me know if Ihave to make a drastic change or not.
We shall see !

I'm getting my walking in.As the week goes on I feel more temptation .

I have nobody to blame but myself.I have been a little laxed this week.I took the 2 and 3 lb loses for granted. So I did not watch so carefully .I will get back on track.I have to get in the groove for the holiday.If I don't it could be the undoing of all my hard work.I want to do it, I have to do this time.There is no turning back my journey is not over and I have not reached my goal.I must fight to keep my head and body in the game.I must break this yoyo effect on my weight once and for all.
I DONT WANT TO BE FAT ANY MORE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I CAN WIN THE BATTLE OVER FOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been working hard eating the right foods and getting my walking in.I'm expecting to have a good weigh in.At least 2 lbs. ,and maybe more.I am still hopeful to lose 15 by the 18th.That is going to be hard ,but I'm willing to try.I can't wait to see what I weigh on Saturday.

I have had a wandering eye this week.I have noticed all the yummy treats good taste bad for you.I did slip and slide and thought for sure I wouldn't lose anything.But my body is working harder than my mind.It kept me in the game.I lost 3 more lbs. and I am truly grate full for that loss.I was worried but I came through it and now I have to get back to my goal and keep myself focused .

A LOT OF STRESS this week.I trying to keep my head while my world is going crazy.I'm a home body,I love staying home and watching my food and doing my exercise.I don't go out too much I do better here But outside stress is been knocking on my door.I must push that out of my head and do my walking.I can't let this stress make me want to eat or drink.I'm keeping my head and tryng to keep that door shut.

I have hit a big milestone.I have lost 50lbs,in the last 5 months.It feels good and I am doing good on my diet. I feel great and still feel like I can stay this way for the rest of my life.

I had a good day today.I got some work done and the Halloween decorations up.I got all my walking in,and got my protein powder in the mail.I don't like it but I will find a way to eat it. I ordered the biggest loser protein powder in rasberry that to me was really good.It tasted like kool aide I had to add extra water .This I got was strawberry from the makers of the biggest loser powder but not the same.I'm not a big fan of milk and this one tastes like milk.But I just have to find a way that I will enjoy it.
