I lost another pound.I am very happy.I think I can live like this.We are going to Ponderosa tonight for dinner.That means if I can get through this I will have went out 3 days in a row and maintained my calorie scale.I'm going to see If they have their nutritional information on the net.

I'm a happy camper this week !

That is wonderful !! congrats on the loss!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you can maintain it through your dinner. Just make better choices from the menu. You'll be fine.
