So this week I've changed up my weight lifting splits. Yesterday I did shoulders. Today was chest and back (formerlly chest and biceps), and tomorrow will be biceps and triceps (formerlly back and triceps). I actually think I like it better this way. And I think I'll try one day a week of nothing but abs.
I'm back to losing weight again, and I'm building muscle for sure. My guns are looking bigger all the time.
It's pretty cool really. Fun too. Just hurt em as bad as you can at the gym, then drown em in protein. Good times.
Tomorrow I'm going to the recruiter's office with some more paper work. I shouldn't have too much more. I was kind of trying to stall with all that until after the holidays, but now I'm thinking otherwise. I don't want to wait forever.
Man Rachael's stock went up today. We talked for like an hour earlier. We'll be seeing 2012 on Thursday. I'm actually surprised at how well we got along. She was really quite charming. So we'll see how things go on Thursday.
Time to take it easy for the night. I'll do some more push ups before my shower, read a little, and zonk out. Night everybody.
