And I'm back in the habit of going to the gym! Very exciting.
Good for you! I am starting to think that I should mimic you. The fact that you have both a mini goal and a large goal seems nice. How small are your mini goals generally and how much time do you usually set them up to take? How about your large goals? I think perhaps having a mini goal will help me stay positive in the face of slow but healthy weightloss. |
My mini goals are usually 5-7 pounds and spaced out for every three or two months. My initial large goal was 30 pounds in a year. It sounded reasonable. I think my next large goal will be 15 pounds off because it's getting harder to lose the smaller I am! Hope all is going well and you're still rocking it! |
