Entry Fitness Gym - Workout Routine

I'm just putting this in black and white more for my own benefit than anyone else's.  Want to keep track of what I'm doing and how much (etc) and when I make an increase (reps and/or weight) as I progress.

Resistance Machines

Treadmill:  at least 2.0 mph (varies between 2.0-3.0) for at least 20 mins (increased today to 25 mins!!)

shit girl you got some muscle! Those are pretty high weights for the amounts of reps you're doing!

LOL thanks!  When I started in September, I was at 30 lbs for everything except the Power Leg Press (I started at 96 on that, but less reps).  I am starting to feel like they are getting too easy, so have been increasing my reps before I increase weight, however I think I'm gonna have to start increasing the weights soon too.

And I met my personal goal today too.  I had been doing 20 mins on the treadmill and wanted to increase it to 25 mins - and did that today!  WOOOOT!!!!!!!

Just look at how far you have come.  I remember the first time you went to the gym and how hard it was for you.  Now you are using so many different machines and weights.  I'm so proud of you!!!!  Keep it up.  You can do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you!  ::hugs::  Yep, I'm starting to believe I can do it too!  I didn't think I was making much progress at all til I saw it in black and white.  Now I know I am.  :D

I have to tell you seeing it in black and white...You better see that you are doing a good job...keep up the good work...25 minutes on the treatmill is along time...not to forget all the repitions you are doing...you are going to look fantastic...muscle burns fat..you are going to look great by the time you reach your goal...keep up the good work...cp

Thanks!  Thats what I keep trying to think of when I'm walking on that treadmill - I'm walking off the fat!  And under all that fat is a much thinner woman just DYIN' to get out!!!  :D
