This is my 10th entry, I think. But I deleted all the previous ones. Perfectionism and people-pleasing are bad.
Any who, I got back to college after a year of rest due to surgery, blah blah..
Now it's all work, work and work. Up and down the stairs all day long, it's exhausting.
Not that I mind being active, but my back and legs do.
I seriously don't know how people get themselves to exercise.
I'm not trying to lose weight. I'm trying to eat more, eat healthy and stop eating chips for breakfast.
Today's a busy day. I have a report to finish
, some homework and plenty of studying.
