Entry First time grocery shopping

So today I went shopping for the first time since starting the calorie count diet. I went with the intention of finding a variety of snacks that could fill me up and not leave me so hungry. I also had a goal of finding lunch and breakfast items that are low cal. This is so I can eat most of what my family eat together every night, with few modifications-just more veggies than other food.

Today that worked out well. I only ate about 350 between breakfast to snack time. Now I get to eat a half of a whole wheat pizze with modified topping and 4 fat free devil food cookies!!! Yay! My family is eating normal home made pizza.

Oh my pizza for anyone reading: whole wheat pre-made crust, 1 cup plain tomato sauce, any no cal seasonings, 2% cheddar (2pc), 2% mozz string cheese (2pc), 2 turkey bacons, onions, and 1/4 cup pizza cheese. I am so excited about dinner.
