HIIT Routine:

1 minute - 3.0, .3.5, 4.0, 4.5 mph

Alternate - 30 seconds 8.0 mph / 1 minute 4.0 mph (6 sets)

2 minutes - 4.0, 3.5 mph

M.W.F. - HIIT (12-15 minutes---working up to 20 minutes), resistance (15 minutes)
T.Th. - Light Cardio (30 minutes)

3.0 - 1 minute

3.5 - 3 minutes

4.0 - 7 minutes

4.5 - 1 minute

8.0 - 3 minutes
