So I had my fruit and nut bar this morning and by 11:30 my stomach was talking to the entire class. It was quite a conversation too. I just have to get used to eating like a normal person. Those bars really are quite scrumptious and filling. I remember back in the prime of eating right. Lunch would come around and I would literally have to force myself to eat. I guess because of the size of my stomach at that time. I once had a nutritionist tell me that the best way to keep from overeating is to shrink your stomach because your stomach will tell you it's full much faster than your brain. It's true...I just have to make it through the process of shrinkage first. Lunch was only two hours ago and already my stomach is starting its famous song notably entitled feed me! Surely a healthy snack will get me through until dinner time...?
