Entry Week 15: 20 Pounds GONE!!!!

Weight: 146.8 lbs

Total loss: 20.2 lbs

FINALLY!!!! Got down to the 20 lbs mark. Seems like it took forever! of course, lately I've been eating a lot of just whatever I want so the pounds are coming off much more slowly than if I'd just stick to the diet and be done with it!

I haven't measured my circumference in a while. Hope to do that soon.

Working out 5 days per week. Had to actually jog once this week. got up to 4.2mph and couldn't quite walk that fast. Kinda felt good. I need to get another 20 lbs off before I get to jogging too much. It's not good for my body. I got into my really skinny pants. Felt GREAT!!!
