10 Day Vacation in Colorado!
I'm about to go on a 10 day vacation to Colorado with one of my best friends. I'm maintaining currently and I would rather not gain any weight. I know that I will be active in Colorado, hiking, rafting etc. But I was wondering if a good way to monitor my weight would be to bring my tape measure with me. I want to enjoy myself and not stress too much about how I'm eating but I would also like to stay in control. Is this a good way to keep track? If anyone has any other tips, that would be great!

Have a great trip!
